This temple is one of the major places for worship for the Buddhists. Banjhakri Fall (Approx. 9km) is a spectacular waterfall which plunges from a height of 70 ft amidst lush green surroundings. Other distant places which can also be toured are Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary, Mt. Katao and Phensong Monastery.
